Sophos サービスの停止

移行元サーバーで次の操作を実行します。

  1. Sophos Enterprise Console を閉じます。
  2. 「コマンド プロンプト」ウィンドウを開きます。
  3. エンドポイントの通信サービスを停止します。停止するには、次のコマンドを入力します。

    • net stop "Sophos Message Router"

    • net stop "Sophos Patch Endpoint Communicator"

    • net stop "Sophos Certification Manager"

    注 エンドポイントの通信サービスを停止後、数分間待機することを推奨します。メッセージがメモリのキューにキャッシュされている場合、それが処理されます。
  4. データ処理サービスとフロント エンド サービスを停止します。サービスを停止するには、次のコマンドを入力します。

    • net stop "Sophos Patch Server Communicator"

    • net stop "Sophos Management Host"

    • net stop "Sophos Patch Endpoint Orchestrator"

    • net stop "Sophos Management Service"

    • net stop "Sophos Update Manager"

これで、Sophos サービスを停止できました。
