Open the Sophos SafeGuard preference pane and click on the Server tab.

Click the Check Connection button.
The Check SafeGuard Enterprise Client-Server
Connectivity window opens.

Click Run.
The system checks the connection to the SafeGuard Enterprise
Server.

Click the Export button on the bottom of the window to
save the results as a text file.

If the connection to the SafeGuard Enterprise Server fails, contact your
administrator.
